For family and grandparents
- Choose the photos. Pick 12 photos from the year, one for each month, and one more for the cover if you want.
- Think about the season. A snowy photo for January or a summer photo for July makes each month feel right.
- Add the family dates. Under Extras, add birthdays and anniversaries so they are on the calendar from day one.
- Add a title. Under Dates, write a title such as the family name.
- Download the PDF and print it. Check each page with ‹ and › first.
From a school class to the parents
Pupils’ drawings make a personal gift. Photograph or scan the drawings, add them in order (cover first, then January to December) and print a copy for each family. The page for teachers explains it step by step and has a printable class calendar too.
Printing tips
- Print at 100% or “Actual size” so the page is not shrunk.
- Choose the same paper size in the print dialog as in the maker (US Letter or A4).
- Heavier paper or photo paper makes photos look better and the pages sturdier. Check what your printer supports.
- Print one-sided and staple, punch or bind the pages at the top so the calendar can hang on the wall.
- Print a single test page first to check colours before printing the whole year.
Your photos never leave your device
The PDF is built by your own browser. Photos are read from your device, placed on the pages and saved into the file on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else, and there is no account.
Your settings and the birthdays you add are saved in this browser (local storage) so they are there next time. Photos are not saved.
Questions and answers
When should I start?
Leave time to print. A whole year is 12 or 13 pages, and home printing with photos can take a while. Making the PDF itself takes a few minutes.
Which year should the calendar show?
For a Christmas gift, choose the coming year under Dates, for example 2027.
Can I add family birthdays?
Yes. Under Extras, add a month, day and name for each birthday or anniversary. They are saved only in your browser.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The calendar is made by your browser on your own device. Your photos are never sent to us or anyone else.
